Day 5 - 6 Exercise Upper Body Circuit

  • Cable Crossover: 1 set of 10 reps
  • Cable Row: 1 set of 10 reps
  • Cable Machine Alternating Biceps Curl : 1 set of 10 reps
  • Cable Pushdown: 1 set of 10 reps
  • Reverse Cable Flyes: 1 set of 10 reps
  • One Arm Kettlebell Swing: 1 set of 10 reps, each arm

1 min rest, complete circuit 4 more times

its nice, today i did the first day. burpy en pull upp etc etc. the hole workout its killed me. just one thing about this training. i dont know if i get bigger and more mass whit this training i thingk that this is more for the good shape, i dont know. because this is just like a cardio. the second thing is that we repaet over and over i hope for a update and a full 12 weeks workouts.just lik Kris gething.
