- A1-Burpee Pushups: 1 set of 10 reps
- A2-Pullups: 1 set of 10 reps
- Alternating Lunge: 1 set of 50 reps, 25 each leg
- Vertical Jumps: 1 set of 10 reps
- Bench Dips: 1 set of 10 reps
- Side by Side Jump Over A Bench: 1 set of 10 reps
- Triangle Pushups: 1 set of 10 reps
- Hanging Leg Raises: 1 set of 10 reps
- Alternating Knee Ups: 20 reps, 10 each leg
- Crossover Running Plank: 1 set of 20 reps, 10 each leg
- Hanging Side Leg Raise: 1 set of 10 reps

fun, intense workout for the first start of the circuit training!! took me an hour and 30 mins.

hey im in high school and i play football OL/DL and i was wondering if this would be an ideal workout for me? i weigh 223 pounds and am trying to gain weight as well as muscle?? please get back to me and im 6'5 if that helps

If you are trying to gain mass, you should do this workout only twice a week. If you want mass, you should check out the Y3T Program by Patrick Neal. That put 20 lbs on me.

Tomorrow will be my first day trying this workout. I usually run (3 to 6 miles) about 1-3 times a week. I'm getting zero results, which I figure is mostly do to my lack consistency. I do some weight training and just started Crossfit. I'm looking for something else to help me build endurance and cut body fat. I'll post back in a week to let you know how it went. Untill next time.

it may not look very hard; but after the 1st round, you're already on the ground gasping for air..... and you've still got 4 rounds left
Definitely a good workout whether you're bulking, cutting, or just wanting a extreme workout
Vidoe one stops working at the Bench dips. I tried to download it to see if it makes a difference but didn't. Really like this workout but would like to see it all. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for that

I am used to using a 12 week program where the work out changes from week to week. On this program do you just follow the same 5 day program over and over?

if it loses the intensity and/or just is repetitive, try adding some weight to it. Or....add some variety i.e bosu ball pushups, plank on the ball for alt knees.

its nice, today i did the first day. burpy en pull upp etc etc. the hole workout its killed me. just one thing about this training. i dont know if i get bigger and more mass whit this training i thingk that this is more for the good shape, i dont know. because this is just like a cardio. the second thing is that we repaet over and over i hope for a update and a full 12 weeks workouts.just lik Kris gething.
