Geoff Neupert, CSCS

Background

Geoff Neupert has been working in the fitness industry since 1993, when he started working in the college gym and training people for free. Since then he's been a Division 1 college strength and conditioning coach at Rutgers University, opened his town's first personal training studio and first kettlebell-only group fitness studio, has written the books "Kettlebell Muscle", "Six Pack Abs 365", and "The Permanent Weight Loss Solution", and has worked for Pavel Tsatsouline as one of his Master Kettlebell Instructors. Geoff has produced a number of popular kettlebell training programs, including, Kettlebell Burn 2.0, Kettlebell Burn EXTREME!, Kettlebell Express!, and Kettlebell STRONG! Since 2000, he has logged over 21,500 hours of one-one-one personal training.

In 2010, Geoff has teamed up with his good friend Tim Anderson, and since early 2012, the two have been touring the US presenting a simple, and unique way to "reset" your body and overcome movement compensations, dysfunctions, and injuries with their Original Strength Workshops. The goal of this system is to help people regain their original strength and set them free from the complexity of our man-made movement restoration systems.

Geoff believes everybody should be and can be as strong as they want to be, both physically and mentally. The two, when trained, perpetuate the growth of each other.
