Introduction
I like to try as many different protein powders as possible and so the option of reviewing IntraPro by Gaspari Nutrition was something that I definitely looked forward to. Gaspari Nutrition, "The Name you Trust, the Brand that Works", has proven with its long line of products that it is very effective and has very few products which are received poorly by critics.

2009 Olympia Expo: Gaspari Nutrition's Rich Gaspari Interview!
Mike O'Hearn catches up with IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Rich Gaspari, founder of Gaspari Nutrition at the 2009 Olympia Expo. See what's on Rich's mind these days!
At the Arnold Classic, the national sales manager of Gaspari Nutrition (Tom) was kind enough to give me a free tub of "SIZEON" in its grape blast flavor (my favorite). It was without question the most effective non-hormonal supplement that I ever used. In fact it was so effective that to this day I have suspicions it may have been spiked with hormones since I have never responded even nearly as well with any other creatine product.
I went on to try SIZEON later in the summer and achieved about 70% of the results I did using it the first time around but without the mind blowing pumps but that was still a good result.
I also used "SuperPump250" which was quite effective. However, I had to stop using it prematurely because I could not handle the side effects (indigestion).
Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump250 Review: Is It Really Effective?
I tried the 'Blue Raspberry Ice' SuperPump250 and I quite liked the taste. It did taste like a supplement, but was sweet and although it was not as good tasting as grape blast SIZEON, I still enjoyed it. Learn more.
At the Mr. Olympia I went right back to the Gaspari Nutrition booth to inquire about new supplements and a friendly customer service representative of the company was kind enough to give me everything that I wanted. I got two full tubs of IntraPro in the strawberry and chocolate flavors.
Taste:
The strawberry flavor is the only tub of IntraPro which I have used so far and I found it to be quite good, for those who like fruit flavored protein supplements. I would simply mix it with water or milk and drink my shake.
I found myself drinking the IntraPro shakes when I was the most strapped for time. It was easy to down my one glass mixed with one scoop of the protein powder. In water it was ok, but I preferred to mix it with skim milk.
Review:
I take this product after my workouts and sometime in the evenings~ I would definately recommend the chocolate,it has a really good taste to it!
I only mixed the IntraPro with water or skim milk. I did not find it to mix as well as some of the other premium protein products I have used in the past, such as Syntha-6 by BSN, but it was definitely pretty good at mixing overall, save for a few clumps which would come about during the mixing.
Digestibility:
As with every other protein supplement I have ever used, I had no problems digesting this protein. As mentioned in the introduction of this review, I did have difficulties with Gaspari's "SuperPump250" product, but IntraPro did not cause me any side effects of this type (or any other for that matter).
Gaspari Intrapro
Is this a new product i've never seen it advertised. I love myofusion as a meal replacement in the evening but intrapro looks like it would be good for post-workout. Anybody try this or using now?
For a high quality and convenient protein powder, I recommend IntraPro. While discussing the effectiveness of a food supplement is never easy to do, my progress while using this supplement was adequate and I plan to continue to use it until I have completed both the strawberry and chocolate flavored tubs which I was given by the friendly people at Gaspari Nutrition.
Overall Review:
For a premium protein blend, IntraPro delivers. It contains [21] grams of protein per serving and contains a variety of vitamins and amino acids. I was not happy to read that it contains artificial flavors such as silica and sucralose, but otherwise I am content with the product ingredients.

Artificial sweeteners are a pretty big no-no for me though, so it is one fault which weighs heavily at my preferences. That said, the protein clumps somewhat when mixed with a spoon in a glass so a shaker bottle or blender may be a better idea.
For a premium protein blend, I would expect to not have this concern, as the price is somewhat steep at $28.99 for 2 pounds. To me, cost effectiveness is an important part of supplement selection and for that reason, I wouldn't use IntraPro if I had to pay for it myself, but I will state once again that the quality is up there.
It all comes down to personal preference and budget and with the cost of whey on the rise, it's getting harder and harder to buy top quality protein supplements for a low price.
