Background
I was born on the island of Nassau in the Bahamas, and moved to the US when I was 3 years old and have lived in Minnesota ever since. I got into bodybuilding about three years ago, when I got my first membership to the gym, to begin with I was just lifting weights to get stronger, but it's only been in the past 2 years that I have been seriously into bodybuilding. Since than I have been trying to get my hands on all the bodybuilding articles I could, to gain knowledge of supplements, nutrition, and training.
I love the challenge of the sport, and I am always trying to increase in knowledge of the sport of bodybuilding. Iam always finding there is something new to be learnt in bodybuilding, and this is something that draws me to it. My future plans are to hopefully refine my nutrition and training knowledge of the sport.
