Front Abdominal-Thigh Isolation! By: Posing Guides
Ah, the last compolsory pose. It's good to have a great first impression but the last impression you leave with the judges is more than important, it's crucial! To begin, put your strong leg about one foot in front of the other. The toes of your back foot should angle outward, while your front foot's toes point forward. With your front leg tensed, flex your quads and spread your calves to bring out your ripped muscles.
Different bends and angles you give your leg will bring out various muscles better. You may favor your sartorius over your front thigh. Or perhaps your front thigh boasts greater definition and might. You can even switch angles to bring out the definition in both mid-way through the pose if you desire.
With an interlocking grip, place your hands behind your neck and angle your arms upward. Flex your biceps and chest, while strongly tensing your abdominal region. This will make you look quite impressive. Keep flexing it all thoroughly and be sure to stand as straight as possible. Leave that lasting impression before your off the stage!
