Can you believe you've completed eight weeks of the FreakMode trainer already? Four more to go. Of course, this isn't really a 12-week transformation—it's just the first 12 weeks of the rest of your life!

You'll have a couple days of rest before diving into the weighted HIIT phase, so there's no reason not to give everything you've got to today's final 8x8 volume workout.

Personally, every time I step into the gym, or every time I do any kind of training, it's a form of self-expression. Show them what you're made of today.
