Usually I like to pick workout logs of members who just want to keep themselves on track. I, as well as many others, find it a lot easier to stay motivated if you have to update regularly. This week, however, I'd like to feature a workout log of a competitor. Furthermore, this competitor happens to be a female, too! She started this log in preparation for a competition.
Follow 'dvsness's progress before, during, and her results after the competition. Pretty exciting stuff! Find it here. Make sure to comment on her stunning physique - this girl is one h-ll of a competitor!

In an industry with seemingly limitless products and companies, there are always a few products that stick out to those who read on about them. The problem with new, cutting age supplementation is that there is often not enough data available for those interested in trying these products out.
It is important to understand the dangers associated with certain types of products. This is an important read for any person who regularly take supplements so please take a few minutes to read a veteran's warning.

I don't know about you, but I love brownies. I love brownies so much that I will actually throw little pieces of brownie into my oatmeal as a treat. I'll heat up brownies and put some vanilla ice cream on them on my cheat days. I admit that I have a brownie problem. Cheat Meals: What if brownies weren't so bad for you? Well, 'X-Mark-X' has come up with a brilliant recipe for high protein, low fat brownies that actually taste like brownies, and not like chalk.
"Sounds tasty! I may have to try making some of these
next time I get a sweet craving I can't get rid of." To try this recipe for yourself, check out the thread here. Make sure you post feedback and let us know how they turned out!

Usually for the supplement logs, we pick logs that involve recording of workouts, how much weight has changed, and whether or not any body fat was lost. This time around, the supplement log is a little more of a subjective log as it is a very different supplement than ones people normally log. This week, 'Cloud Strife' gets featured for his log of Controlled Labs' Yellow nEuphoria Gen 2. Different dose protocols are employed to see which works best and, since he uses specific times, it's possible to see how long it takes to feel an effect and how much time elapses between servings. Check out the thread here. I'm sure you'll agree that 'mellow yellow' works quite well in this situation!
