-> Vanessa's 100 Days 'Till The Stage Journal:

Usually I like to pick workout logs of members who just want to keep themselves on track. I, as well as many others, find it a lot easier to stay motivated if you have to update regularly. This week, however, I'd like to feature a workout log of a competitor. Furthermore, this competitor happens to be a female, too! She started this log in preparation for a competition.

-> Chef In The House.

Ever wonder why a recipe is the way it is? Well, luckily now there is a place to voice and questions or concerns because has a chef on the forums! No need to keep those questions about food preparation inside anymore!

'baarat' has invited any and all members to ask him any of the burning questions that you may have in regards to food. Check out the thread, and any current questions and replies, here. This is a pretty sweet deal, if you ask me!

Various Chef Titles
Executive Chef The executive chef is in charge of everything related to the kitchen, including menu creation, staff management and business aspects.
Chef de Cuisine This is a synonym for the title executive chef. This is the traditional French phrase where the title chef comes from and is more common in European kitchens or American kitchens with a classical French brigade system.
Sous Chef The Sous Chef is the direct assistant of the executive chef and is second in command. He or she may be responsible for scheduling, filling in for the executive chef when he is off-duty.
Expediter or Announcer (Aboyeur) The expediter takes the orders from the dining room and relays them to the stations in the kitchen. This person also often puts the finishing touches on the dish before it goes to the dining room.
Chef de Partie A chef de partie, also known as a "station chef" or "line cook", is in charge of a particular area of production. In large kitchens, each station chef might have several cooks and/or assistants.

-> HALODROL Health Warning:

In an industry with seemingly limitless products and companies, there are always a few products that stick out to those who read on about them. The problem with new, cutting age supplementation is that there is often not enough data available for those interested in trying these products out.

Does The Supplement Industry Provide Enough Information About Products To The Consumer?

Yes, I Feel Well Informed.
No, There Isn't Enough Information.
Not Sure.

It is important to understand the dangers associated with certain types of products. Recently, 'Big Cat' brings to the attention of our board members a warning about one product in particular, which can be found here. This is an important read for any person who regularly take supplements so please take a few minutes to read a veteran's warning.

-> Best Protein Brownie... EVER!!!

I don't know about you, but I love brownies. I love brownies so much that I will actually throw little pieces of brownie into my oatmeal as a treat. I'll heat up brownies and put some vanilla ice cream on them on my cheat days. I admit that I have a brownie problem.

What if brownies weren't so bad for you? Well, 'X-Mark-X' has come up with a brilliant recipe for high protein, low fat brownies that actually taste like brownies, and not like chalk.

"Sounds tasty! I may have to try making some of these
next time I get a sweet craving I can't get rid of."

To try this recipe for yourself, check out the thread here. Make sure you post feedback and let us know how they turned out!

-> Cloud Strife Gets Chill With Yellow nEuphoria!

Usually for the supplement logs, we pick logs that involve recording of workouts, how much weight has changed, and whether or not any body fat was lost. This time around, the supplement log is a little more of a subjective log as it is a very different supplement than ones people normally log.

This week, 'Cloud Strife' gets featured for his log of Controlled Labs' Yellow nEuphoria Gen 2. Different dose protocols are employed to see which works best and, since he uses specific times, it's possible to see how long it takes to feel an effect and how much time elapses between servings.

Check out the thread here. I'm sure you'll agree that 'mellow yellow' works quite well in this situation!
