I'm going to go out on a limb and say that most bodybuilders take supplements regularly. This includes things like creatine, nitric oxide, testosterone boosters, etc. This week's question comes from board member 'Julian1988' and he asks which of us, and whether it is recommended, take breaks from supplementation.
I personally like taking time off - it gives the body time to relax and provides a renewed feeling of effectiveness once I return to the supplement. There are a lot of good responses and I think this is a very important topic, which is why I chose this thread for the question of the week. [

Unless you just became a member of the message boards, I'm certain that everyone has heard of 'Krzna' in some form or another. He's helped out a lot of people in the past few years and has become a very well known representative of Anabolic Xtreme. To say the very least, he is one of the most contributive people on these boards!

Every time I do the Best Of The Forums, my favorite threads to search for are the ones that contain recipes. I love to eat, and there is no better way to eat than healthy and tasty. This week, I have chosen a recipe for pancakes.
I was never really a huge pancake fan growing up as a kid, but I have grow to like a lot of things, especially when they're made with the bodybuilding touch. 'RoadPigJohn' gives us a recipe for some delicious, protein rich pancakes that takes only a few minutes to throw together.
Sitting in the kitchen can be time consuming and there really just isn't enough time in the day to waste. There is nothing better than a quick, easy, and nutritious breakfast to start your day. Check out the thread and recipe here and be sure to make me one! [

For starters, this is more of a funny story rather than a thread. Actually, this is a hilarious story, not just a funny one. It's a very random one with no connection to bodybuilding and/or fitness, although I guess you can be the judge of that. I really don't want to spoil the read for you, but I will say that it involves one man, specifically 'sallystrothers', and a very embarrassing event, one which I will not soon forget... "...dealing with explosive diarrhea..."

You know, I have come across some pretty unintelligent people in my lifetime. These people usually are quite out of sync with the world around them and are generally clueless in terms of their everyday lives. Bodybuilding, as a lifestyle, takes a lot of brainpower and thinking to make the most of your hard work.
This week's funniest thread is from 'Mr. Cruz' who is having trouble with something. This something isn't a Nobel Prize theory, but it's something that probably everybody on the message boards uses.
