Canadians: Please List Supplements Which Have Been
Stopped By Customs
This week's question is mainly geared towards Canadians who shop online for supplements from U.S. distributors. I personally have not had a problem with anything getting seized at the border. I have, however, experienced terrible delays when ordering from the U.S.

I usually order a few weeks in advance to allow for this delay buffer. Sometimes I am pleased with how fast my order gets across and other times, I am disappointed with Customs. Nevertheless, Canadians will continue to order from the U.S. and Customs will continue to be a bunch of jerks.

Those are some pretty big shoes to fill because I've had some good ones in the past. Most pre-made store-bought protein cookies are high in saturated and/or trans fats but as you shall see, these ones are far less! Not really much to it - check it out and start baking!

Alright, so it looks like maybe someone finally read all my threats about summer coming quickly, and it looks like maybe someone took my advice and started to cut! This week's workout journal is, again, different. 'justagirl' is, well, a girl.

I believe we've only featured 1 or 2 females in the past here, so it's nice to see women keeping logs, too. Anyway, Ashleigh is cutting up for the summer, and is here for some motivation and help reaching her goal.
