As you have probably noticed, there is an increasing number of company representatives on the forum boards. At first, it was nice to have. But to be honest, it's really getting out of hand. Every other person is a board rep and the title of "rep" is being watered down.
Well, now that you know my opinion, check out the Poll of the Week and vote for yourself above (the forum poll is now closed). After you vote, you'll see the results, and I think that you'll find them pretty surprising. So check it out and see what others have to say on the topic. 'CHUCK DIESEL' gets credit for this one. [

For those of you that are looking towards an Ephedrine/Caffeine cutting stack, this one's for you. Have you been researching for a good cutting stack and keep finding that E/C is the way to go? Don't just settle for being told it's good. This thread is all about how E/C effects your system and why it is that they work wonders as a cutting stack.
'skinnychubbyguy' (what's with the name?) doesn't want to be spoon-fed something when he doesn't know what it is. I think it's great that he's asked this question because I don't think enough people know the science behind it - they just hear it works and go nuts on it. Whether you plan on taking this stack, currently are taking it, or plan on taking it, check this thread out and see what's what. [

Perhaps the most random thread ever selected for the Best of the Forums, this week's funniest thread is definitely one for the books! 'kickin2006' built a delightful snowperson in front of his garage door before his wife got home. He then took photos, posted them, and created a poll for us to guess whether or not she would run it over to get into the garage or not. Now, I know you may think that this is useless, but guys - I laughed my @ss off for about 15 minutes when I saw this. Just check it out and I know you'll thank me for it. The thread, pictures, results from the poll, and other people's comments can be found here. Thanks 'kickin2006' - you made my day! [

As bodybuilders all know, or should know at the very least, vitamin supplementation is extremely important. Bodybuilding diets often lack all of the vitamins and minerals that are needed in our bodies. This is why it's necessary to supplement with a good multivitamin.

This week I chose a thread devoted to selecting the best multivitamin for your money. As much as we love saving money though, don't go too skimpy. Something as simple as a multivitamin can be the difference between feeling great and going to the gym and getting sick and therefore not being able to go back.

So, if you feel that you're in need of a new multivitamin in your supplement cabinet, check out this thread by 'HsWrestler' . There are lots of great multis out there, and this thread will help you pick out the best one for you. [

So you're bored of just plain old tuna straight out of the can? Well, I'm in the same boat - and so are half of the members of this site. Eating tuna out of the can gets really old really fast. Lucky for us, there are very easy ways to make eating tuna enjoyable and yet still relatively very healthy.
A popular addition to tuna is light mayonnaise or some fresh veggies and salsa. Personally, I'll add some Frank's Red Hot and chow down, but everyone has their own favorite tuna mix. Check out the thread, and see how you spice up your tuna so that you enjoy it again. Thanks to 'subie9022' and everyone who posted in the thread. [

This week's best workout log goes to 'Still_Shruggin'. This 18-year-old has proven to be very knowledgeable in fitness and this thread proves him to be a worthy candidate for the BOF. His workout log is a 4-day upper and lower body split. He's adopting this new style because he's bored of the same old split that most people have come to know and love.

This is a great workout log for several reasons, one being that it is very direct and to the point. Also, this is the perfect log to view by anyone looking to mix up their workouts who, too, have gotten bored of their usual split. Check it out here - maybe this is the change that you've been looking for! [
