Funniest Thread Of The Week

I Farted All Over My Masseuse!

Embarrassing things happen to people every day of their lives. This is true whether or not you want to admit it. An unzipped fly, a huge dangling booger, or tripping on nothing are examples of how something so insignificant can make your face red.

Sometimes, things happen at the worst possible time, and sometimes this thing just happens to be something natural that you just can't help.

For instance, one of our forum members, DRU1, just happened to let one (or several) rip while getting rubbed down by his masseuse. Embarrassing? Definitely. For that he win's this week's 'Funniest Thread of the Week' which you can check out here.

Most Inspirational Thread Of The Week

Got Inspiration?

I read hundreds of thread each week, and have been on these boards for several months now. Many people have come and gone. However, some have left an impression that others look to. Some people have influenced others in ways that words just cannot describe.

The most powerful thing that can be done on these boards is give others inspiration to be better, to be healthier, and to keep going no matter how little hope you have.

Skelooth actually started his life changing plan months ago, but his dedication and proof that it can be done, is still extremely evident. He's showed us all that slow and steady wins the race. And he won - big time. Need inspiration? Check it out here.

Workout Log Of The Week

Learn From Those Who Log...

This is by far the hardest topic to choose a winner each week. There are SO many workout logs that get started and that just give readers so much to look forward to as well as lots of awesome tips that other members leave for the thread starter.

After much deliberation, MannequinMan come up victorious with his extremely detailed workout log.

As the icing on the cake, several members have given much input that even I have taken to heart. If you're looking for a new routine to pack on a few, for some tips, or even some inspiration, this is the place to find it. Check it out here.

Picture Thread Of The Week

Have You Got Tickets To The Gun Show?

For guys, the most sought after huge muscle is arms. Don't be coy; you know you're after those big guns, pipes, or whatever it is you kids call them these days. You can get big arms and all you need is patience and dedication. Like with any other body part, it'll take lots of work but we all know it's worth it in the end.

Supplement Thread Of The Week

Gotta Respect The Energy!

Some say caffeine is useless. To them, I say 'you sir, are incorrect.' Any bodybuilder will tell you that caffeine, in the right dose, can do wonders during a cutting cycle. Hell, some even take it for that extra burst of energy to punch out those extra 1 or 2 reps.

After all this, caffeine still seems to have a bad image and doesn't get the respect it deserves.

This week's best supplement thread was started by ADubya26 who is one of those people that realized how underrated caffeine is. He thinks it deserves more props, and according to the thread here, he's not the only one. Agree? Let people know. Disagree? This is the place to let people know why.

Post Of The Week

America: We Will Judge You!

North American society is tough. Like it or not, people will find a reason to discriminate you if it's the last thing they do. Don't get me wrong, not everyone is like that. But I think it's safe to say that for the most part, North America is not kind to its population. We, as a whole, like to generalize and create stereotypes about various groups of people.

More often than not, the stereotype, or generalization, is completely ignorant to reality, and people just don't seem to care that they are arrogant. The post of the week is another one by Skelooth. He was once a lot bigger than he is now, and I tip my hat to him for doing what he's done, I honestly do. He knows a thing or two about generalizing and being placed in a group that he doesn't belong in.

It's extremely sad that people with such good hearts are treated like useless tools. I have the upmost respect for people like Skelooth, who dare to question society. Please, read his post here. I promise you that you'll never look at people the same way again.

Nutritional Thread Of The Week

ALERT: You Can Enjoy Food Again Without Cheating In Your Diet.

Food can sometimes be very, very plain - lets get that straight. Ketchup is bad because of all the sugar and processed ingredients, relish is just cut up pickles in syrup, and to be honest, not many condiments are good for people like us to eat. So, if this stuff is so bad for you, but food can get so plain without it, what can you use to make it better?

Well, according to mac6262 as well as many other members on the boards, salsa is the answer.

With little processed ingredients, low fat content, and low sugar content, this could very well be the thing that will help you enjoy foods again. Need an extra kick in your diet? Check out this for some scrumptious recipe's and food ideas.

Informational Thread Of The Week

Keep On Rockin' In The Free World!

Music makes the world go 'round. You know it. I know it. Your cousin Jimmy knows it. Humans love music and body builders are no exception. Listening to music can change your mood, make you emotional, or give you an adrenaline rush.

More and more people at the gym are buying MP3 players to help them get through their workouts. I know that my iPod has pushed me to the end of my lifts on several occasions, and I'm not the only one.

If you haven't gotten an MP3 player of your own, maybe it's time to invest in one. Not sure which one to get?

jkl12345 as well as the others that contributed to the thread, can help answer many questions directed for people looking to buy an MP3 player for themselves. Check out the helpful information here. Keep on Rockin' in the Free World!
