Poll Of The Week

Best Sesamin Product.

Sesamin has gotten come serious spotlight in the last 2 or 3 months. There have been handfuls of logs and several reviews and to be honest, I am very impressed with what people have had to say about this product. If you're looking for some serious fat loss, this just might be the product for you.

ad Sesamin - Bye, Bye Fatty!
In order to successfully lose fat, one must create a stimulus that tells the body to burn more fat and to stop storing/trying to store fat. Sesamin has been shown to do just that.

This thread is a poll, asking people who have used a sesamin product to vote for their favorite. As with most products, there are various companies that have released sesamin, whether a pure product or propriety blend. If you have ever, or would like to, use sesamin, check out this thread and see which product is right for you.

Supplement Thread Of The Week

Scivation Xtend FAQ Thread.

Another product that has received rave reviews for the past few months is SciVation Xtend. As a BCAA product, this product is getting more and more popular, and with good reason.

With the taste being nothing short of Kool-aid and the price being acceptable for such an effective product, I suggest you take a look at this thread.

'Beast' has been kind enough to post an entire FAQ on the product. Perhaps one of the most informative FAQ's on the subject to date; I recommend it to anyone looking for a boost in recovery.

Nutrition Thread Of The Week

What Are Some Really Calorie Rich Foods?

Bulking can be pretty hard for many people. Some people just cannot eat enough calories throughout the day to put on serious mass while others' metabolism is just too fast to allow bulking to have an effect. Getting sufficient calories during bulking is a must in order to put on mass and some people need some help with that.

Funniest Thread Of The Week

Foot Fetish Thread.

Alright, now that we've got the more serious topics out of the way, on to some fun, more entertaining things. This week 'SamuriSwordz' bring us a thread of epic proportions. A few months back, there was a BOF thread about addictions. This week, I'd like to introduce the foot fetish.

To be honest, I don't have a foot fetish and have never really been turned on my nice feet, but surprisingly, lots of people on the boards actually do. In the past, we've also had debates about asses and boobs, but this week was devoted to the feet.

Check out the thread, and several pictures too, here. You know, after seeing a couple of those photos, I'm really starting to like feet...

Information Thread Of The Week

Different Proteins Explained.

Casein, whey, egg, soy - with so many types of proteins available to buy, which one is best for what time of day? It can get confusing, I know, but it is important to get the right type of protein to maximize muscle recovery.

This week, 'MCWTRAINER' gives us some background into several types of proteins and how/when it is best to take them. The thread can be found here and with a little reading, you'll know a lot more about protein than you thought possible.

Workout Log Of The Week

EoR's Mission: Get Stronger!

The best workout log is an easy to follow workout log. This week, I came across one of the neatest, most detailed, best put together journals I've seen in a long time. There's nothing worse than trying to search through a log wondering what a person eats, what they incline dumbbell press, etc.

Luckily, 'EoR's journal is the exact opposite of that. It's detailed, accurate, easy to read/follow, updated frequently, and easy to find anything. You can see his great journal, as well as his great results here.
