Question Of The Week
Lemme Ask You Guys A Question
This week's question is a little bit different from other Best Of's. Naming a new product to put on the market can be a very tedious process. Some may say, 'What's in a name?' To some, a name is everything - the selling point to a product. To others, it's just a way of telling someone what product they use - for all they care, it just be a string of random number and/or letters.
the first thing that came to my mind."
Nevertheless, a name can be a powerful thing, especially in the bodybuilding and fitness industries. This week's question is from 'Kohen_Gadol' and what he wants to know what really is in a name? When you see a product name, what's the first thing that comes to mind? Check out his thread and see how a name tickles your brain.
Poll Of The Week
Your Favorite Natural Anabolic?
With so many products available for us, how would one go about finding which one is the best and most effective? Simple - ask others. There's nothing like getting unbiased opinions from people in the same boat as you. If something worked well for others, chances are, it will work well for you, too.
If you're looking for a natural product to provide great gains, check out this poll. 'digital1986' has provided us with a pretty decent list of products to get you pointed in the right direction. Some great info is posted here as well by the members who voted (and didn't vote). If you're looking to try something new, this is a great place to start.

Recipe Of The Week
Delicious Pumpkin Oatmeal
It's that time again, folks - time for the Recipe Of The Week! This is my absolute favorite part of the BOF, and for good reason. This week, we have a very special treat for you. This is something that I've never tried (until 2 days ago), or never even heard of until reading this thread!
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you... Pumpkin Oatmeal! I can't even begin to explain what this magic is, but rest assured - it truly is magic! It's something totally out of this world and totally awesome. If you like pumpkin pie, you will love this recipe for pumpkin oatmeal!
If you do make this (and I highly, highly recommend that you do), post your thoughts in the thread. A big thanks to 'Oddball8945' for this one (and nice BodySpace profile pic, too - love the fish!). Bon Appetit!
Supplement Thread Of The Week
Time and time again, I see threads popping up regarding the best supplements for the almighty pump. And time and time again, I see the same few names come up. This week's supplement thread is a small discussion on NO products (Nitric Oxide). Want to find out which product will give the best pump? This is the thread for you.
There is lots of input from lots of different people. 'af1snaikboi' is looking for some ideas, as he is interested in testing out a new NO product. Help him out, or just see what others have to say on the topic here.
Nutrition Thread Of The Week
The Fruit/Vegetable Juicing Thread
A lot of people that I know love to make their own juice. They've bought their own $100 juicer and whip up delicious beverages that are, to say the least, quite messy - though very good. This week's nutrition discussion is about making your own juice. Is it a good idea? Is it as healthy as eating whole fruit? Is it a good alternative to eating whole fruit?
This Kind Of Juice.
'JMillion' wants to know the board's opinions on making juice. Some say 'yea,' some say 'nay.' Now it's your turn to tell him (and others) why you think making juice is worthwhile. Check out what others are saying here, and see whether or not juicing (no, not that kind) is a good idea!
Workout Log Of The Week
Y&S's Weightlifting Journal
Most weekly workout logs that I choose are that of the older crowd. By that, I don't mean 50+ or anything, I mean... not teenagers. This week's workout log, however, is from 'young and strong' who, you may have guessed, is young but not doing too bad in the strength department for a 16-year-old.
He's thrown together a new journal that looks very promising. He updates frequently and has great detail in his workout descriptions. Check it out and see how this young man is gettin' 'er done. Feel free to leave some constructive criticism for the fellow, as I know that helped me when I was his age. Great job so far, Y&S!
