Breakfast 1: 7 a.m.
Breakfast 2: 9:30 a.m.
Post Workout: Noon
Lunch: 12:30 p.m.
Snack: 2 p.m.
Protein Boost: 3:30 p.m.
Dinner: 6:30 p.m.
