Pour the entire container of FitFreeze powder into a large bowl and then add to it 12 cups of water and 1 cup of nut butter.

Blend this with an electric mixer and then pour into popsicle molds. Note that if you don't happen to have popsicle molds, ice cube trays can be used as well for smaller, bite-sized pieces for when the craving strikes.

Keep in mind this will make 54 servings, so unless you are going to make a very large batch or want to store the liquid in the fridge or freezer for later, make a smaller batch by halving or quartering the ingredients.

Pour the entire container of FitFreeze powder into a large bowl. Add 12 cups of water and 1 cup nut butter and then blend well with an electric mixer.

Pour a 1/2 cup into a small coffee mug or bowl and heat in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. You'll want the edge of the mixture to be cooked on the edges but the center should look quite soft and gooey.

If you like, top this with a small amount of low-fat whipped topping along with some fresh raspberries or strawberries.

Again note the large serving size of this recipe and adjust based on how much you wish to make.

Both recipes turned out very well, however, you really want to be sure not to overcook the protein brownies. The first time we tested it they appeared a little too gooey after the first 30 seconds, so we doubled the cooking time which didn't produce a desirable result.

Definitely stick to the recommended cooking time and allow to sit for a minute or two after it comes out of the microwave to let it set before eating.

We also found that the recommended amount or more nut butter really enhanced the flavor, so if you can afford the extra calories and healthy fats in your diet, definitely go for it.

So if you're tired of bland protein shakes, really consider this option. It's a great way to break out of your everyday rut and help prevent you from turning to that pint of Ben and Jerry's in the freezer or that package of chocolate brownie cookies in your pantry.
