I have found that the only thing more exciting than exercising for myself is sharing with others the benefits that result from leading a healthy lifestyle.

Background

I have been bodybuilding for eight years now, and I have learned so much along the way. I have had a huge transformation throughout these years, as I was once a skinny guy who weighed only 150 pounds at a height of 5'11" tall. Through proper nutrition, exercise techniques and learned knowledge over the years, I have accomplished a great deal to get to where I am now with my fitness. I have gained a solid 45 pounds of muscle mass and have kept my body fat to a minimum, all while continuing to stay natural.
