Bodybuilding.com: Tell us a little about yourself. What is your position at BB.com? How long have you worked here?

Jim: I am a customer service rep. I have worked here for about 9 months. I spend my free time playing sports and coaching basketball.

Q: What was your workout/fitness/nutrition level before working at BB.com?

A: Before working at BB.com I only exercised and lifted weights for sports specific reason. Mainly to become a better basketball player.

Q: What does your workout routine consist of now?

TERMS YOU'LL NEED TO KNOW
Superset - Two exercises are performed consecutively without any rest.
Failure - That point in an exercise at which you have so fully fatigued your working muscles that they can no longer complete an additional repetition of a movement with strict biomechanics. You should always take your post-warm-up sets at least to the point of momentary muscular failure, and frequently past that point.
Run The Rack: Requires a rack of multiple sizes of dumbbells. Start with the highest weight you can lift and perform a set to failure. Then drop to the next highest weight and perform successive sets to failure dropping each time to the next set of dumbbells until you've reached the lowest weight.

A: Everyone at BB.com is awesome!

A: It is hard not to be inspired working with so many motivated people. Everyone here provides a little inspiration.

Q: Have you inspired others with your new look and attitude?

A: Nobody has personally told me that I inspire them but I try to keep myself physically fit and be an advocate of being strong and healthy.

Q: What is your favorite feature on the BB.com website?

A: I really like the SuperSite where there is a ton of useful information. Whether you are looking for a meal plan or looking to switch of your workout routine, all the info in one click away.

Q: How does BB.com help to motivate/support you?

A: BB.com helps to keep me motivated in a lot of ways. We have great employees that work really hard to keep our product knowledge up to date so we know what the latest and greatest is. Knowing my fellow employees are working hard, that motivates me in return.

A: By living the lifestyle and knowing what is going on in the industry we are able to better serve our customers.

Q: What are your future goals? Do you think working for BB.com will help you reach them?

A: Yes I have a few goals in mind for 2011; there is no doubt that Bodybuilding.com will help me reach them! I love working out with my girlfriend, keeping each other motivated and reaching our goals together.
