[ Q ] What is it like working at BB.com? Does it create a helpful fitness environment?
I think it was very helpful working at Bodybuilding.com. Most strive to lead a healthy lifestyle and eat healthy themselves. My co-workers were very supportive and encouraged me until the end.
[ Q ] How does the Bodybuilding.com environment influence your health, fitness and appearance goals?
Being around fit people constantly puts the pressure on you to succeed. Because appearance is so important in this line of work, you have extra
motivation to eat clean, train hard, and rest and supplement wisely.
I enjoy working at Bodybuilding.com and I can say that I wouldn't have been able to complete my transformation if I hadn't worked for this company.
[ Q ] What are your co-workers like?
Many of my co-workers have competed in bodybuilding shows, fitness competitions, triathalons, and many other types of competitions.
Many are athletic and keep themselves in great shape. I firmly believe because of this healthy lifestyle we all have more energy and a more positive out look on life.

More Energy And A More Positive Out Look On Life.
[ Q ] Did someone from Bodybuilding.com inspire you to reach your goals?
Jed Reese was my inspiration for starting this transformation. I saw his pictures come out through the company email when he completed his own change and I remember being floored.
I was speechless for the longest time looking from his before pictures to his after pictures. He made incredible progress and right then and there I decided I was going to do my own. Without him I never would have even started. Thank you Jed.

I also want to thank
Kris Gethin (or the Welsh Hammer as he's known around the office) for helping me with my diet and keeping me on point until the end.
Kris is a bodybuilder himself and knows the rigour of dieting. He is a no nonsense type of guy and made me stay true to the diet. Thank you as well Kris.
[ Q ] Have you inspired others with your new look and attitude?
I think I may have inspired a few to reach out for their own fitness
goals. I would hope so anyway. If anyone has questions or would like help, I would be more than happy to offer my own guidance and counsel on how to complete your own transformation.
[ Q ] What is your favorite feature on the BB.com website?
My favorite feature is either the
BodySpace. I like the forums because it's a huge database of knowledge and personal experience from those who have tried products and workout routines.
I like BodySpace because you can connect with real people and get instant feedback on their physique, their supplement regimen, their diet, and their workout routine.
BodySpace is also a huge support group and source of motivation. I know a lot of people rely on BodySpace to help get them through the tough times and if BodySpace had not been here many people may not have made it to the end.

[ Q ] How does BB.com help to motivate/support you?
There are a lot of reasons from co-worker support to the fact they are my employer and pay my bills, haha. Like I mentioned, many of the people who work for the company are into fitness or bodybuilding.
In my opinion the people are the most important part of lifting/training/diet or whatever your goals may be. I wouldn't have started this transformation without a person and I wouldn't have finished without people in my corner to help me out.
All the information on the web or in the world is great but it doesn't have any real value if you don't have people in your life to help you achieve your goals.
[ Q ] Does practicing the bodybuilding lifestyle improve the productivity of Bodybuilding.com? If so, how?
Exercise has been shown to improve brain function and memory and at the same time increase energy levels. Since most of the employees engage in some sort of physical activity I would definitely say that productivity goes up.
With increased productivity the company is able to accomplish more in less time which in turn means more people are being helped. The employees obviously benefit as well from better bonuses to a better quality of life.
