i assume you want to gain some weight. use weightgainers, get alot of rest (sleep), drink alot of water, train hardcore (few reps, high weight), eat every 2,5 hour, sleep early in the night and eat good breakfast.

i go to a public school to. i found it hard as well to get healthy food. i found that the best way is to cook in bulk. So for example, i will make lots of chicken, rice ect to last me a few days and keep it in tuberware in the fridge.

how many calories do you eat a day? i would suggest a gainer it will increase your calorie intake unless your already taking one. which in that case my only advice is keep on going strong boots2asses

insanity will murder your body but give you amazing results it looks like all cardio but trust me from experience its not you will get ripped in no time just make sure your taking decent supplements and you should be good plus no weights needed just you a tv/computer and lots of water. hope this helps!
