hello, im 18. i just have some questions i need answered because it makes me a little unsecure of what im doing, a bit depressed and dont know what to do with myself hehe.
im about 183 cm tall, weigh about 83 kgs, i got "lovehandles" and a little bit of stomach fat, not much but there is a little bit to grab, if i start going to the gym and eating carbs and all things needed for building muscle, will i loose the stomach fat and "lovehandles" or do i need to stay of carbs for that ?
it depends , if you start eating 6-8 healthy meals (like the ones in kris genthins program) which will speed up your metabolism and you combine that with cardio and intense workouts . You will lose body fat no doubt. And yes you need carbs . Without them you cannot gain muscle. Bc if you don't then your body burns muscle or things that don't need burning
