Decided to follow this program with a bit of additional focus on back and butt since those are my weaker areas. Also, love the fact that Felicia's program is the only one listed for both Fat Loss and Muscle Building.

Great video and lots of helpful information. I hand't thought about using BCAAs but will add them to my regimen shortly. Also, need to look at making sure that I have my goals documented on paper before I walk into the gym from now on. Thanks much!

Thank you for that! "You don't wanna be a picky eater or high maintenance" !! Everyone always laughs at me when I order at a restaurant. I basically avoid it now because I don't want to seem high maintenance but I want to eat healthy and don't want all the extra crap my body also doesn't want/need!!! Haha. I definitely feel more supported now having heard you say that! Thanks

The Muscle Building program doesn't look right. Day 1 Heavy Shoulders is the identical workout routine as Day 3 (I think) Light Shoulders/Calves (which does not include any calf exercises). Is this a typo? I also notice there are no abs or bicep workouts. Do we just do those as "fillers" in between what's on the sheets?
