2/ THE BEGINNING:
UPLOAD YOUR "BEFORE" PICTURES ON BODYSPACE


You've got to start somewhere right? At the beginning of your 12-week challenge, you'll take 3 body photos- front, back and a side view. It's best to wear a bathing suit or similar clothing to help reveal the changes to your physique. You'll need to hold a newspaper with the date visible in all 3 photos. The date on the newspaper must be the day you are starting your 12 week challenge.

(Why hold a newspaper? That way we can validate the date that your photos were taken.)

SUBMIT YOUR "FINAL" PICTURE AND STORY


Celebrate your success! When you've completed your 12 week challenge take 3 full body photos that match your "before" pictures-one front, one back, and one side view. Remember to hold a newspaper with the date visible of the final day of your 12 week challenge in all 3 photos. Then tell us how you accomplished your goal! Let us know what your workout schedule was like, your diet, your supplement plan and how you stayed motivated to achieve your goal! Write at least one (1) paragraph or as much as you like, and post it to your BodyBlog!

who do you talk to if you still have questions? the terms say that all final material must be submitted by may 1, 2012 but my twelve weeks deosnt end until May 6th. What does this mean?

Good luck bud! make sure to do all the physical therapy and exercises they tell you to do. Trust me ive had 3 L4-L5 back surgies myself... Just keep at it and stay positive! the first couple of weeks will be frustrating!
