Being doing Ready, Set, Grow since the article was published and want to start Bones to Buff next week. Put on about 4 pounds so far. Does anyone else have results so far?

My problem with the Bare to Bones workout is I love being in the gym every morning and dropping down to 3x a week is depressing.

I know these articles are more than a year old, but I just found them and i'm really looking forward to changing my whole training routine. Turns out, I've been doing it all wrong. I'm going to give this a go and see how far it takes me in two months.

Solid article. Just what I needed to clear up some questions I've had the last week in my prep for getting back into it hardcore after prepping the body over the last three weeks.
