Thank you guys for posting this! I have been hitting long hours in the gym and be getting little gains and literally just this week I have been re-evaluating and been completely confused! This seems perfect to me, I'm going to try it out for a few months and post my feedback on it! Cannot thank you guys enough!
Being doing Ready, Set, Grow since the article was published and want to start Bones to Buff next week. Put on about 4 pounds so far. Does anyone else have results so far?
My problem with the Bare to Bones workout is I love being in the gym every morning and dropping down to 3x a week is depressing.
I know these articles are more than a year old, but I just found them and i'm really looking forward to changing my whole training routine. Turns out, I've been doing it all wrong. I'm going to give this a go and see how far it takes me in two months.
