 [ Q ] What was your workout/fitness/nutrition level before working at Bodybuilding.com?
It was pretty active, I competed through high school and then went off to college. In college I took some time off before trying to compete in the Empire Classic. While preparing for that I tore my trap. The doctor said that I couldn't lift for 6 months, I was devastated. 6 months turned into over a year without training or eating healthy. Then, Bodybuilding.com fixed that for me.

[ Q ] Have you inspired others with your new look and attitude?
I would like to think so. It's one of those "lead by example" type rolls. When I see one of my co-workers either getting jacked and huge or ripping up like crazy I think, "Wow, that person looks great, I need to get my butt in gear."
[ Q ] What is your favorite feature on the Bodybuilding.com website?
BodySpace for sure. This is a fun way of tracking your progress and seeing how others are doing. It's great to see people's amazing transformations and how well they are doing.

 [ Q ] How does Bodybuilding.com help to motivate/support you?
I always have health and fitness in front of me and on my mind. It keeps me conscious of my own progress and keeping me on my toes.
[ Q ] Does practicing the bodybuilding lifestyle improve the productivity of Bodybuilding.com? If so, how?
Completely. The first thing that bodybuilding does is suck you in to a mind set of never being content with the status quo. I always think "ten reps of X amount isn't good enough, you need 14." The great thing is that mind set blends into work. The status quo is not good enough. You always have to push the bar a little higher.

[ Q ] What are your future goals? Do you think working for Bodybuilding.com will help you reach them?
Yes for sure. My future goals are to keep getting better. Life is like football. You have to work harder, stronger, faster, and evolve faster and better than your opponent to stay on top. This is my life. As soon as you feel content is when you slip up. Keep going and keep pushing through the rough times, because the glory and pay off is just up the road, you just have to get there. Bodybuilding.com has taught me this valuable lesson and supported me along my entire journey. This is a family that works like a well oiled machine.
