Protein pancakes

Everybody loves pancakes! Trainer Mike Hildebrandt is no exception. Today, he shares his favorite recipe. It only takes a few minutes to make, so whip them up and dig in on today's bonus workout day!

Mike Hildebrandt's Protein Pancakes


Dry oats 1/2 cup

Protein powder 3/4 scoop

(Mike prefers Dymatize ISO-100, Cookies and Cream flavor)

Egg whites 1/2 cup

Almond milk 1 splash

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat a griddle to medium heat and cook pancakes until they are golden brown on the edges.
  3. Add your favorite topping and serve.

Day 55: Bonus Workout

Circuit: 5 rounds, keep track of your time.
