Ditch the scale

You can transform your body and your life without ever looking at a scale. Of course, we can all imagine how this is possible hypothetically, but actually doing it? No way! There's just something comforting about having a number to hinge all your progress on.

Except that all your progress shouldn't hinge on a single number! Far too many people spend their lives worried about how much weight they're gaining or losing, and it blinds them to the progress they could be making that the scale doesn't show. Or it discourages them to such a degree that they give up just because they're not seeing the scale move.

If that sounds familiar, Geremy Satcher has the answer: Ditch the scale and use the mirror instead! "The mirror never lies," he says. The scale, on the other hand, can be wrong.
