Progress pic tips

The "before" and "after" photos that accompany a transformation may get all the attention, but the progress photos that happen in the interim are just as important—if not more so. They can show progress that the scale won't, help keep you motivated, or let you know what needs more attention.

Robert Timms recommends you take one from each of four angles—front, rear, and both sides—to more accurately evaluate your transformation. He also suggests comparing your pics every two weeks, a time frame in which you should be able to see some changes. That will also help keep you motivated.
