Dealing with a missed workout

Missing a workout or two is going to happen. When it does, you can make yourself feel bad about it, or you can make do. In today's video, Mike Hildebrandt shares his technique for salvaging a missed training session.

If you can't make it to the gym, Hildebrandt suggests doing some kind of activity, whether it's a simple jog outside or bodyweight exercises like push-ups and sit-ups at home. The only bad workout, he says, is the one that didn't happen. Don't get discouraged. Get something done, and then get back on track!
