Pre-workout ritual

Establishing a pre-workout ritual is a great way to make going to the gym a habit. By doing the same thing before each training session, you'll be much less likely to skip your workout. After a few times doing it, you'll discover there's just no way you'd get dressed, take your pre-workout, and lace up your shoes without actually heading out the door!

Take some cues from Ziegler's own pre-workout ritual, then find out what works best for you. It may take you a little while to figure out your routine, but once you have it down, you'll never look back!
