After five days straight of isometric training, you might find yourself automatically taking three-second pauses during all of your daily activities, such as brushing your teeth or putting on your shoes! Relax, though—I'm not going to make you do that anymore. Your most important task today and tomorrow is to recover; you and your partner worked yourselves to the bone this past week.
If you and your partner got behind on your workouts this week, this could be a day to catch up. But if you're current on the program, focus on recovery first and foremost. If you can swing it, consider a massage or some other type of bodywork.
