It's the last leg day, but that doesn't give you the right to slack off. You still have a lot of growing to do, but your legs won't get the mass if you're taking it easy. Stack some plates and leg-press the hell out of them!

got a question on leg press. the gym i go to only has cable leg press and i can do the whole stack on the machine around 26-30 reps, so hitting 10 reps to failure isn't being accomplished. would it be more beneficial to sub in squats for the heavy sets, only thing with that is squatting till failure can lead to injury even with a good spotter.
Got a question on DTP workouts. Can I apply DTP while on INTERMITTENT FASTING (LEAN GAINS). Will i have enough carbs in my system to maintain strength and endurance.... Somebody, anybody....HELP

Dtp is a mass gaining program, youre going to be going to failure on every set and doing some 500 reps...your body is going to need those calories to get through the week...good luck
I know that this is the last week, but I feel like giving up at times. I did the 12 week program than started this a week after, so my body is just exhausted. Anyways gluck to everyone else.
This is my favorite DTP workout. I've been able to increase the amount each week and which will be significant overall. I am looking forward to a week off after this though, being the 16 week (12 week tansformation and 4 week DTP) my body needs a break.
