Living the lean and healthy lifestyle should not be boring and the foods on your nutritional program should not be tasteless. There are so many sauces, seasonings and spices that can be used to make delicious and nutritious dishes. Over time you will be able to come up with new and exciting healthy meals that will allow you to lose weight, feel healthier and look your best. In the meantime I will give you a few ideas and recipes that will help you enjoy your new lifestyle. Here are a few examples: Delicious Turkey Chili
1 pound of extra lean ground turkey breast Instructions:
1. Spray Pam spray lightly in a non stick frying pan. Makes enough for several meals depending on serving size.
French Toast
No Salt Sour Dough Rye Bread or Instructions:
1. Put Egg Whites in shallow dish.
Oatmeal Pancake
Oatmeal Instructions:
1. Cook oatmeal until thick.
Chicken & Pasta Dish
1 pound of Boneless Chicken Breast Instuctions:
1. Cut up Chicken Breast and place in a non stick pan. It will make several servings as per your program.
