With the holidays fast approaching I thought it was time to offer up a dose of what's been going on of late. For most of us, it's the time of year to eat, drink and celebrate the end of another chaotic year. But for many of the world's top bodybuilders, it's time to begin another round of contest prep. The 2004 pro season gets underway in just over 2 months with the Ironman Pro. The athlete line-up is being updated daily, but so far Pro Muscle Online has learned that the list will include Craig Titus, Johnnie Jackson, Bob Cicherillo, Ahmad Haidar, Idrise Ward-El, Quincy Taylor among others.

The Physique Management Group is very pleased to announce that Darrem Charles and Weider Nutrition have agreed to a contract extension for 2004. Darrem is coming off his best year as a pro, highlighted by his 2nd professional victory (Maximus Pro) along with an impressive 7th Place finish at the Mr. Olympia. Darrem's 2004 competition schedule will get underway at the Night of Champions on May 22nd. As always, Pro Muscle Online will continue to bring you all the latest rumblings from Darrem's corner.

The Latest Muscle Camp...

On Sunday November 16th Pro Muscle Online welcomed several top ranked IFBB pros to South Florida for the South Beach Muscle Camp. Attendees were given a rare opportunity to train with some of the best bodybuilders in the world. Jay Cutler gave a shoulder training workshop, Darrem Charles and Claude Groulx provided an Arm clinic, Milos Sarcev and Dexter Jackson served up a special session on Chest training, and Richard Jones taught the principles of Leg training.

The event was a tremendous success. A special thanks to Drew and his staff at Gold's Gym South Beach – one of the hottest spots on South Beach! Additional thanks to my good friend and co-promoter Shawn Ray. Shawn and I are already planning to bring the event back to South Florida next year. Stay tuned for more information.
