Claire Bodiya's Complete Workout Program.

My favorite workout day is training back, and I tend to save it for Saturday because that is my day off work so my energy levels are usually higher than they are during the week.

My training regimen consists of doing HIIT first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up on an empty stomach. I work night shifts so although I say "morning," it's really anytime I wake up after at least 5 hours of sleep. I then fuel my body to prepare for the day or for a lifting session. If I am short on time I will do my workout before my steady-state cardio at night.

My workouts consist of an intense 30 minutes of lifting heavy with adequate rest, focusing on isolation. During the week when I work, I head immediately to the gym to do my 30 minutes of cardio before I go to sleep, which is difficult because I am going to bed as everyone is waking up. To make sure I get the most out of my workouts I have to get least 7 hours of sleep. Otherwise I find myself struggling to get through all 3 sets.

To vary my workouts, I love to run on the mountain behind my house. It is a 4.5 mile loop consisting of several elevation changes and steep hills that I like to sprint up. My favorite workout day is training back, and I tend to save it for Saturday because that is my day off work so my energy levels are usually higher than they are during the week.
