Claire Bodiya's 100K Fitness Program
Claire Bodiya had been a competitive athlete most of her life. So after college, feeling empty without some sort of physical goal to achieve, she trained for and entered her first figure competition. After winning first place, Claire couldn't have known that her health would slip away from her.
As unrelated health issues came into her life, Claire was unable to train and eat like a figure competitor. With time, Claire put on almost 30 pounds of excess weight while undergoing health tests and diet and training restrictions.
With the arrival of the holiday season, Claire knew that if she put her mind to it she could take control of her fitness again and get her body back. Add to that her upcoming wedding and a possible figure competition and Claire's motivation skyrocketed.
