I was stressed out; between school and a long distance relationship. I needed to keep my mind busy. This was something that I have always wanted to do for years. I just needed the right motivation.
I put on my sneakers and took a run around my block, it was tough. But everyday it got easier. I would do one lap, then two, three. I worked my way up to doing a mile everyday. Once I got myself back in to a little better shape I increased my workouts. I ran in the morning and at night. I lost about 15 pounds just doing cardio everyday and eating right. When I added weight training to my program my progress really took off!
I would lift for 2 hours a day and run at least a mile or two afterwards. My motivation switched over from stress, into progress; my progress every week became my motivation.

Sunday: Rest After my workouts I did cardio for about 45-60 minutes.
Take one day at a time. Time was the key factor in my progress. I learned that nothing happens over night and every week it got better. Sticking to my routine is what got me where I am today. I educated myself in every category - Foods, diets, workouts. I read and read. Once you know what to do and how to do it, your goals can and will be reached!
