Sample Meal Plans
Meal #1
3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1-Cup Veggies fresh or frozen spinach
I like to add 1/2-Cup cubed chicken or lean beef.
Spray skillet with non-stick olive oil product and scramble.
Most of the time I make enough for one of my other meals.
Meal #2
I eat the rest of the food I prepared from meal #1.
OR:
1 yogurt or meal replacement shake. I like Muscle Link Creamy Smooth Vanilla.
Meal #3
6 oz Chicken
Small raw vegetable salad
1 bagel (bread or any wheat product like pasta can be added to any of the other meals instead of this one)
Meal #4
1 piece fruit
3-4 oz Chicken
Meal #5
6 oz fish (I like Orange Roughy)
1 - Cup grilled veggies
1 - Cup brown rice
