Jen Hendershott is one of those rare competitors that will always help out anyone she can... even though they may be in competition with her for the same title! We were all so proud of her when she claimed the 2005 IFBB Fitness Olympia Championship title!
Be sure to also check out Jen's video interview with me the night after her big win last year - the 2005 Fitness Olympia - along with world champion, Bob Cicherillo:

2006 Pre-Olympia Interview
[ Brenda Kelly ] Since you are the one to beat at the 2006 Fitness Olympia, can we expect to see anything different?
Jen Hendershott: No!
If it ain't broke, don't fix it! I'll do the same programs and body prep using the tanning beds and
Jan Tana products as always.
[ BK ] Are you confident you can repeat your Olympia title?
JH: I can say this: I feel
rock the house. My routine is full of non-stop action! I love Vegas, love seeing my fans, and love competing in the Olympia. I am looking forward to seeing what God has in store for me!
[ BK ] Do you have to re-qualify as the reigning Olympia Champion?
JH: Nope - when I won the Olympia title, I automatically re-qualified for the 2006 Fitness Olympia.
[ BK ] How long have you been a competitor?
JH: Way too long, 10 years! I have been
training for 11 years and have a background in Dance, Cheerleading, and Gymnastics.
[ BK ] What is your winning training routine?
JH: Everyday it varies.
butt since it my favorite body part on stage! My
cardio schedule is 1½ hours per day in-season and 45 minutes a day off-season.
[ BK ] Do you still have to think hard about nutrition or is it easy for you?
JH: Let's put it this way: I am on the "
It Sucks" diet. 1,400
