Jeff can find himself in the gym at 1 AM, 5 AM or maybe even 10 PM. But regardless, he manages to do that 6 days per week. Needless to say he gets a lot of support from Tricia, his wife of 7 years. To stay ripped, Jeff eats 6 to 8 times per day, sometimes even 9. He varies his diet to maintain different goals with carefully controlled proteins and carbs, and also supplementing with Whey protein, vitamins, N.O. products, Creatine and Omega 3's.
