You can already use BodySpace to track and share workouts, and inspiration. Now you can track what you eat faster than you can say, "cheat meal". Just take a pic and upload. That's it! No more hunting through endless lists to find the exact food that you ate. The BodySpace food journal will compile your photos, so you and your friends can instantly see and share.
HOW IT WORKS
Have we mentioned how easy this is? Log into BodySpace and go to your Dashboard. Click the Add Photo tab, then the Food Journal button. Voila! You're in!
Create And Post Your Food Journal Entry
Just click "Add Photo" and upload your image. A pic is the only thing required, but there's plenty of space for macros, recipes, and notes.
See All Your Meals In Your Food Journal Calendar
Scroll down the list, or just click a date on the calendar to look back at that entry.
Friends Can Comment On Your Meals
You and your BodySpace friends can comment on each other's entries and share muscle-making recipes.
