[ Q ] What is your BodyGroup about and who are the members?
The BodyGroup is about a family with a common goal. I've invited people with experience in the field of fat burning and abdominal training to help out other members or even guests on how to achieve their goals.
[ Q ] Why did the founder start up the group?
I started the group because I have been getting a lot of questions about my abdominals and how I transformed my midsection in such a short period of time. I let my members who have questions know how I did it, with some help of other experienced members with the same results I got, we spread the knowledge around BodySpace.
[ Q ] What have your results been with starting the group?
The results have been great, including a small family coming together. With questions being answered and really being a safe place to come to for answers or questions. We don't turn anyone away, if you want to know the results, you would have to ask the members. I only give the information, they apply it!
[ Q ] How do your members use the BodyGroup feature?
They use the BodyGroup as a forum itself. They post their questions and one my experienced members can answer the question and we can get different opinions on the same answer for all to read. Everyone reacts differently to certain training types, so we give them multiple routes to take.

[ Q ] How would you explain the attitude needed in your group, to a new member?
Stay motivated and dedicated to the sport of fitness is key! Cardio, diet, and fitness! Get some!
[ Q ] In what way has motivating other BodySpace users, given you the ability to push yourself to new levels?
When I have members who look up to me and wait for my news to show up (not too much anymore since this "who inspires you" thing came up haha). It makes me stay on my toes and realize I can't fall off and can't lose the condition I'm in, they rely on me and my advice, and the way I teach is "do as I do". Not just as I say.
[ Q ] What would you tell someone who is contemplating making a commitment to joining your group, to motivate them make the commitment?
Do you want results? Do you have unanswered questions? Do you have the stomach you've been wanting your whole life? ... Join and get your answers, get your results, and achieve your goals!

[ Q ] How do you think the group mentality applies to your personal life and how has it helped?
Well I for one love the group. I love the fact that the knowledge I've learned over the years in fitness has helped so many people on this site. I love the way it feels when I know I've changed someone's life for the better! It's a long term change for them and I was part of it, it's a great feeling.
[ Q ] Why join your group as opposed to other transformation groups?
My group is about results; we give advice and get results. If you want results, or answers to your questions on fat burning and those flat stomachs, join my group!
[ Q ] How do you feel, is the best way to motivate others within the confines of the group page?
Well the way I am motivated and the way I motivate others is proving to them that it is possible, anything is possible and its all up to them and we are all here to help. Results are addicting, and once they start seeing results, they get hooked and want more and more, that's motivation enough for anyone!
