[ Q ] What is your BodyGroup about and who are the members?

My BodyGroup is about getting those six-pack abs for summer. The members are people who have the same goal, and can help motivate each other to achieve their goals, and connect with people with the same common interests.

[ Q ] Why did the founder start up the group?

I started the group because my personal goal was to get a six-pack for summer. So I know that I'm not the only one trying to achieve this goal. So now everyone can receive and give advice from their personal experiences.

[ Q ] What have your results been with starting the group?

The results turned out great! I never thought I would even get people in the group. We have over 300 members and growing. It's great knowing there are so many people with the same goals.

[ Q ] How do your members use the BodyGroup feature?

Well the members leave comments on the page, Weather talking about what they are doing, asking questions or receiving answers.

"Rdjulien, sounds like your already working out regularly. If you stick with it, it takes a little time, but if you keep at it you'll see results. [ Q ] How would you explain the attitude needed in your group, to a new member?

The attitude I would expect would be a positive and friendly one. Although there are a lot of frustrated people searching for help. This is why they are in the right place.

[ Q ] In what way has motivating other BodySpace users, given you the ability to push yourself to new levels?

I think that seeing other people's results and determination rubs off on you, and keep's you going. It puts a little competition in the mix. It's a good feeling seeing someone's progress off advice that you gave him or her. I feel that if I give advice I have to prove it in myself.

[ Q ] What would you tell someone who is contemplating making a commitment to joining your group, to motivate them to make the commitment?

I would ask them if they are happy with themselves and throw the challenge down. Ask yourself do you have what it takes to go down that hard road of changing your life, in which the end results are priceless.

[ Q ] How do you think the group mentality applies to your personal life and how has it helped?

My personal life evolves around fitness 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Sometimes I lose myself in it. I go into autopilot and forget what I'm even going for. Sometimes it's a great reminder to why we do what we do.

[ Q ] Why join your group as opposed to other transformation groups?

Well our group is full of helpful people all trying to reach the same goal. There are a lot of good member's already who have put great tips and hints, which gets you one step closer to that summer ready body. In my opinion health and fitness is the fountain of youth, so why not share it.

[ Q ] How do you feel, is the best way to motivate others within the confines of the group page?

The best thing we have to offer is support, and that is in all forms. Whether it's friendly advice, nutritional, mental or regarding workouts. There is always something we can all relate to.
