[ Q ] What is the BodyGroup about and who are the members?
This BodyGroup was originally created for people who love the pump and the sensation they experience when doing the Bulging Biceps Workout and using the Double-T product NO-Beta.
Double-T has created a series of workouts (for our group), that when combined with NO-Beta, leave you with the most insane pump ever experienced. Our members are those individuals who love that feeling and extreme pump. We find Double-T being asked to provide more and more workouts to keep pushing these members, which is a testament to the individuals active and dedicated in our group. Lately we have had a lot of female members joining the group as well.
[ Q ] Why did yout founder start the group?
Initially, we wanted to create a group around the experience of NO-Beta used in conjunction with it's Bulging Biceps routine. However, as the group became popular it took on a more universal appeal - meaning members began to share and talk about their experiences in training, supplementing, dieting and every other topic you can imagine. So the group has pleasantly evolved from our original vision into something much more mainstream.
[ Q ] What have been the results of starting this group?
I can tell you that a tremendous amount of knowledge and information is exchanged daily on all fitness related topics. In addition to watching members' experiences and knowledge base increase it has been interesting to witness members become a close-knit community. People interact with a sense of respect and appreciation for one another as group members with shared common interests.
[ Q ] How do your members use the BodyGroups feature?
Unique to the NO-Beta Bulging Biceps group is the fact that 95% of our members utilize the Forum feature of the group rather than the comment section. The forum allows Double-T Sports, our sponsor, to effectively promote its products, via giveaways, free sample kits, free products to log and numerous other promotions that go on weekly. Recently Double-T gave away 100 free bottles of GlutaCene to active members as well as dozens of NO-Beta bottles.
It's all about the Forums. In fact, members have the ability to qualify for Silver, Gold and Platinum status memberships. Membership allows individuals to be the first to receive new company products. As I write this neither GlutaCene or KetoCuts is up on the store but approximately 150 members have tried and written reviews on both products.

[ Q ] How would you explain the attitude needed in your group, to a new member?
We are all in the pursuit of being more than what we are! You can't spend more than a few minutes interacting in the forum of the group without feeling comfortable and if you read long enough you will be challenged and inspired on some level.
[ Q ] In what way has motivating other BodySpace users, given you the ability to push yourself to new levels?
Listening to other people sharing their success stories and experiences has inspired me to be my best in the gym, the kitchen and on a day-to-day basis. I feel my group relies on me to set an example in and out of the gym. I would not want to let them down.
This is kind of a philosophical question. I don't believe we can be motivated, instead, we can be challenged and perhaps inspired by others actions or words, but motivation happens as a response to one of these triggers.
[ Q ] What would you tell someone who is contemplating making a commitment to joining your group, to motivate them make the commitment.

[ Q ] How do you think the group mentality applies to your personal life and how has it helped?
Everyday I come into the group I read topics about people exceeding their goals and setting records. That inspires me to be better. As the founder I feel like I have a responsibility to work just as hard as everyone else. So, I'm entertained but I'm also challenged on many levels.
[ Q ] Why join your group as opposed to other transformation groups?
There's really no secret. The NO-Beta Bulging Biceps group offers so much. Forget for a moment all of the promos and free product... individuals joining will really enjoy the community.
When you join and become an active member you will feel like you own the group. Everyone is made to feel welcome and inevitably the new member will make new friends that will serve as an on going support system. It's an environment that's informative and a lot of fun!
[ Q ] How do you feel, is the best way to motivate others within the confines of the group page?
Well it's in the forum. Philosophically we have a different perspective on the idea of motivation. We as a group don't believe that we can motivate, instead, we believe that group members can be challenged and inspired, but ultimately it's the individual that needs to connect and motivate him/herself.
When somebody looks at a great physique they become inspired. The inspiration is either enough to cause that individual to take action or not. In the same way, the group offers a lot to inspire individuals but motivation is your response translated into action.
In the forum we strive to create an environment/community wherein the dynamic of motivation can happen amongst members. That could be someone's transformation, an individual's accomplishment in hardships, a 70-pound fat loss, or a training philosophy. These all have the potential to motivate.
