Competed in New Jersey and want to compete again in Florida and at the state level and start my own nutrition consulting. I am also a Registered Dietitian.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Don't take things too seriously. Have other interests while bodybuilding and don't have too much ego.
I am competing in powerlifting presently and Deadlifted 450 at the AAPF nationals in the 165 lb class and attempted a record for that organization and weight class but fell short.
Not sure when will compete in Bodybuilding again.
