How Did You Get Started?

I began in the year 1996. Before I started with bodybuilding I played ice-hockey actively. I think, the first changes of my body construction came right in the Fitness Centre.

Without diet and any special preparing I won 2nd place of Junior Regional Championship. One year after my first success I tried to play ice/hockey and also prepare for bodybuilding competitions, but in the 1997 I decided definitely for Bodybuilding.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I must be completely relaxed and full of energy for the full 100% of my training. The principle is quite simple. For 1 set I give 4 exercises. In the first two of them I try to work with higher weights. Especially for the following exercises: squat, leg press, bench press, French press, biceps curl, press behind the Neck, pull-downs and pull-ups.

Very important is the correct isolation, pumping and the right technique.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Contest: Creatine, Diosgenine and Glutamine.
Off-Season: BCAA, L-Carnitine, HCA, Chromium, Vitamin C.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It makes me full of energy. I love the fulfillment of progess.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My dream is the World Amateur Bodybuilding Championship. But I do not care about the professional way of the bodybuilding.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

If you are sure about your training and the food-methods, you must know that the best trainer for your body is only you. If you see that your power and your body does not grow as fast you want, try to change your training. But don't forget the most important thing is your nice feeling and health also after the end of your bodybuilding career.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

I don't have any special idol, but a few years ago I admired Andreas Muenzer and Ronald Gziurlok.
