How Did You Get Started?
At the age of 27 I started to train with weights. The first 3 years I worked out at home to improve the way I looked. I really did love that weight (dumbbell) training and got a lot of energy from it. After 3 years of Home-Training with simple dumbbells I went to a real gym and discovered the World of the Big Guys and the never ending competition between those bodybuilders.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
First I tried a lot of routines from 3 days a week circuit training to 6 days a week heavy basic training. It really didn’t work out for my body growth until I discovered the 3 days on 2 days off / 3 days on 3 days off training. My body needs the right amount of sleep for muscle growth.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
First of all I love it because it makes me feel better about everything and my athletic appearance has given me a lot of parts in TV series. Most casting agencies are always casting me as the "Bad Guy" in Police/Hidden Camera-series. So as a smalltime actor waiting for that "Big Part" it’s very important to look and stay muscular.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
At the age of 40 I’ll still try to improve myself because over the period of 13 years I’ve stopped too many times with bodybuilding. The longest period was almost 3 years. Now I’ve promised myself to never give up.
