How Did You Get Started?

Proper workout I had started when I was 19 years old. Before, when I was in high school I used to work out lightly with my brother with couple of light dumbbells was really enjoying myself that time even with those little dumbbells. Since I was too young that time, my parents they didn't allow me to join the gym .after that I graduated from high school in Nepal and came to China for my medical degree. Here I find myself really free and my passion for gym started increasing gradually. Every time after class I used to take little bit of my spare time for my workout. After few months of workout I find myself getting in better shape day by day and that keeps on motivating me every time. This way I have started working out in the proper manner.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Chest and calves: day first
Arms: day second
Back, lat and deltoid: day third
Shoulder and legs: day fourth
Sest: day fifth
Repeat first day: day sixth

Abs I work out everyday and cardio 2 or 3 times a week. I usually do each item of 4 sets (10-8-6-6), some item may be of five sets (like bench press). Each body parts I try to do four or five items. Usually I do heavy weights with average of 10-8 reps in each set but during competition I try to do more reps using medium to light weights.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

(I use them occasionally though). Creatine and Amino Mass.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I think doing some workout everyday (not necessarily bodybuilding) always have good results on ones life. First of all comes health, then the things like slimming the body or making the muscular body comes as next. As I keep on going to gym I find great change in myself. I was 59kg when I just started working out (was really skinny), now I am 71 kg. I feel myself very much healthy and confident. I scream lot and loves the sore kind of pain I get when I workout and that really helps me feel free from the stress I have been through all day. That kind of feeling is really great!!


What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

Bodybuilding is just my hobby. Since I am studying medicine right now and next year I will graduate as a doctor, but I think I still will keep on working out and try to maintain my best physique. And I will also be taking part in the bodybuilding competitions if everything goes right.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Well guys No pain No gain!! So better work hard in the gym and have proper diet.
