How Did You Get Started?
I have been in martial arts since the age of 7, and now at 16 I have decided to lift weights to enhance my strength and techniques. I started off with 2 small dumbbells at home less than one year ago. In February 1999 I decided to join a local gym. I like weightlifting so much that I decided to go into bodybuilding.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I have got the best results with this plan:
Monday: Chest and Biceps
Wednesday: Legs, Shoulders and Triceps.
Friday: Back and Forearms.

I follow a good healthy diet. I have recently tried Ultra whey protein, but have doubled my food intake as well.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Along with meeting new people with the same goals, I strive for results. Mainly I love the pump sensation during a workout, it tends to leave me feeling confident and healthy.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
When I get a bit bigger I would like to go into a natural bodybuilding competition. I am going to try to work out as long as I can.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
It’s a great deal of hard work and results don’t come easy. Just try your best. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can't do it, because you can if you really want to.
