How Did You Get Started?
I watched my husband compete in his first show in 1996. I saw the women compete and figured I would give it a shot. A year later, with the guidance and help from my husband, I competed and placed second. I had the best time and have been hooked ever since!

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love to be in great shape and I am a very competitive person. I find it truly rewarding to compete, even if I don't place as high as I want to. I don't look at going to the gym to train as a chore - I go train because I truly enjoy it!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Right now I am currently training for the Canadian Nationals In September 2003. I would love to get my pro card but I will also have fun trying! :-)
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Consistency. You must always be consistent in your training and eating if you want to progress in the sport. Don't take it TOO serious, where as your not having fun with it anymore. Believe and you will achieve!
