How Did You Get Started?

I started with Charles Atlas from the comics (still have them). I fell in love with the look of superheroes and continued using Charles Atlas, then the Bull worker. Then I got my first set of plastic weights. Then I joined the Marines and started hitting it hard from then to now.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I train 5 days per week, 1.5 hours a day, one body part per session most times in the gym during non-competition period. When I get ready for a show it's 6 days per week, 2 months before I start 2 a day's with cardio both times. I hit calves one day, abs the next day. I also continue to try and lift as heavy with correct form for the entire contest phase. I add some cables to really rip up the muscle.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I drink N-Large 2 protein shakes (2-3 per day). During dieting I add extra Glutamine, Multivitamins, extra Vitamin C.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It's something you have in you that has never been satisfied. I can't beat the feeling of a good pump and looking in the mirror and seeing the body I always wanted. I like being a walking anatomy chart especially in the summer when I walk with my family on the beach and my daughter sees all the looks her daddy gets.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I would like to do one more show this summer and win the 45 and over Masters show. I know if I have all the resources I can crush any other 45 year old!

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Keep your whole life in prespective. Muscles are a part of what could be a great package. You have to train with intensity, consistency, and eat enough protein to grow.
